This is a high-quality gift package that contains a can of herring along with a brochure that tells the story of the Icelandic herring – from the beginning of fishing to the present day – as well as an introduction to the work of the Icelandic Herring Museum in Siglufjörður (East Iceland). The product is designed in close collaboration with the museum and is based on historical sources about the Icelandic herring adventure.
Ingredients: Smoked Atlantic herring fillet (Clupea harengus, cath area North-East Atlantic FAO 27) 60%, rapeseed oil, salt.
