Herritage Herring – Smoked Herring in Oil

We would like to introduce you to a new and specially designed gift product that has a clear reference to the herring years and Icelandic food culture – Heritage Herring.

This is a high-quality gift package that contains a can of herring along with a brochure that tells the story of the Icelandic herring – from the beginning of fishing to the present day – as well as an introduction to the work of the Icelandic Herring Museum in Siglufjörður (East Iceland). The product is designed in close collaboration with the museum and is based on historical sources about the Icelandic herring adventure.
