This herbal tea blend is developed with athletes and runners in mind.
The mixture is extremely tasty, the chervil and the malt give a slightly sweet taste that can be strengthened with for example Icelandic honey.
SPRETTUR is also good as a cold drink and is therefore suitable in the drinking bottle during the day.
Icelandic geothermal salt from underground sea is rich of potassium and magnesium and with the kelp it helps the body to get back lost minerals.
