The kelp and garlic salt is especially delicious on fish dishes and as a finishing salt for toast or roasted potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Organic Brown Kelp (Laminara digitata) from Reykholar in Westfjords of Iceland
  • Fine flaky Icelandic Seasalt from Nordur&Co also in Westfjords
  • Granulated garlic.

Blueberry salt is excellent finishing salt for lamb, horse meat and other dishes. It gives rich taste and color of blueberry and is very good to sprinkle it on salads.
